Component parts

The quality of spring wire and, consequently, the age resistance of a mattress – these are the decisive choice criteria for a supplier of springs for branded mattresses. System control guarantees the stability of our quality.
In brand mattresses the spring boxes of a leading Italian manufacturer are used.
Technical specifications:

- Five-coil “Bonnel” spring – steel alloy 51ХВА, diameter of the main wire – 2.2 mm, diameter of the connecting wire – 1.4 mm. Quantity of the springs per square meter depends on the model type and equals 104-126 pieces.

- «Pocket spring» - steel alloy 51ХВА, diameter of the wire – 1,8 mm. Quantity of the springs per square meter depends on the model type and equals 250-900 pieces.

The upper mentioned criterion is applied only to the final product. Weight indicated on the label estimates the recommended load per sleeping unit.
