2.1. A great part of “Velam” mattresses have a zipper, in the case of it's absence the reason for it is the technological regulations.
2.2. If the natural latex in the mattress it will have a specific smell, take this fact into consideration. Those who are sensible to the latex smell can use the alternative to it – synthetic latex. Natural latex can be changed under the influence of the UV-rays.

3.5. "VELAM" has the right to tell the cause, which was the reason for the loss of the performance criteria.
3.6. The next products will not be conserned:
- dirty(with spots of different origin)
- with mechanical damage, caused by the alteration of the operation rules and conditions.
3.7. "VELAM" guarantees the certificates of all kinds of sanitary authorities that grant the safeness of the products, produced by the company. .
